先心病合并动脉导管未闭的诊断与外科治疗

摘　　要：本文报告我科1985年6月至1986年10月,在体外循环下手术治疗先心病合并动脉导管未闭10例的诊断和治疗结果。术前确诊4例,余6例均在手术中明确诊断。全组均在体外循环、中低温、低流越不停循环下,缝合封闭PDA之肺动脉内口。全组无手术死亡。本文对先心病合并PDA的临床特点,术中发现,以及手术要点进行了讨论。This article reported the results of diagnosis and surgical treatment in 10 patients of congenital heart disease associated with patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) from June 1985 through Oct. 1986. All the patients were operated on with the aid of total cardiopulmonary by-pass under the conditions of mediate-low hypothermia, low volume perfusion and without blocking of the circulation. Of these patients, 4 cases were correctly diagnosed before operation, and the other 6 cases were testified during the operative period. There was no operative death in this group. The clinical features, operative findings and operative outlines of the disease hasbeen discussed.
