摘　　要：1987年4月1日至5月15日四川省进行了第一次大规模、有计划地对残疾人抽样调查,调查总人口数为145201人,其中0～14岁儿童39619人(27.28％),发现残疾儿童1371人,现残率为34.60‰,按调查结果推断0～14岁各类残疾儿童全省人口数约有97.4万人,其中智力残疾约有80.2万人,听力语言残疾约有9.5万人,肢体残疾约有4.9万人,视力残疾约有2.4万人,精神病残疾约有0.35万人。A rondomized survey of population of Sichuan Province was carried out from April 1st to May 15, 1987 to detect the prevalence of handicapped children of 0—14 years old. Among 69619 children of 0—14 years old in 145201 population surveied, there were 1371 suffered from different handicaps. The prevalence rate was 34.60%. According to this date, it may be guessed there were 974000 handicapped person, 802000 mental retardation, 95000 hearing and language defects, 49000 limbs defects, 24000 visual defects and 3500 psychinosis defects in Sichuan Province.
