摘　　要：总结了类高斯分布光束的M2 因子在实验测量中的数据处理方法 ,介绍在 5 4TW 46fs激光系统中测量M2 的实验设置以及改善该系统光束质量的措施 。This paper summarized the method of M2 factor measuring and data processing for quasi-Gauss distribution beams and measured the M2 factor of the 5.4 TW/46 fs laser system. The experiment setup and the steps of amending the beam quality are briefly introduced. The result was reported with some analysis about the performance of this system.
