摘　　要：非致冷微测热辐射计焦平面阵列技术在国内已成为研究热点。介绍了微测热辐射计的原理并对其作了简化的计算分析 ,给出了微测热辐射计的结构、材料。Research work on uncooled microbolometer infrared focal plane arrays(UMBIRFPA) has become a hot spot in our country.The principle of microbolometer is introduced in this paper,as well as the simplified calculation and analysis.Schemes on the design of structure,material,capsulation,readout circuit are also given.
