摘 要:高强韧低合金冷模具钢6CrNiMnSiMoV(CD钢)具有合金元素含量少、成本低、热处理工艺简便等特点,为充分发挥其性能潜力,本文对其力学性能(硬度、强韧性、耐磨性)进行了综合研究.与常用的冷模具钢CrWMn和Cr12MoV及日本专利钢号SX105V和苏联研制的56的相应的力学性能进行对比试验也是有意义的.The mechanical properties of high-strength, high-toughness and low alloying cold die steel of type 6CrNiMnSiMoV (GD steel) are studied and compared with those of cold die steel of types CrWMn, Crl2MoV, SX105V (Japanese patent) and 56 now available. The results show that:(1) both the strength and toughness of GD are superior to those of CrWMn and Crl2MoV; (2) GD steel has sufficient hardness; (3) the wear resistance is satisfactory; (4) the life expectancy of dies made of GD steel is found to be several or even dozens of times as long as that of dies made of steels now available.
