摘　　要：目的 :提出预防药源性听力减退和耳聋的发生。方法 :讨论易产生听力损害的药物、机制、临床症状、以及其他影响因素 ,听力损害后的治疗等。结果 :药源性听力损害是渐进的 ,可以早期发现 ,早期治疗。结论 :药源性听力损害的预防及早期发现是避免听力完全丧失的关键。Objective:To prevent the drug-induced hearing impairment and deafness. Methods:To discuss the drug-induced hearing impairment from the drugs, mechanism, clinical symptom, other influencing factors and damaged therapeutics. Results:It is progressive for the drug-induced hearing impairment, and it may be discovered and treated in early stage. Conclusion:The preventive measures adopted and discovery in early stage of hearing impairment is the key to avoid the hearing loss.
