摘　　要：目的 :评价氟罗沙星注射液治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法 :用氟罗沙星注射液 0 .2～ 0 .4g稀释于 5 %～ 10 %葡萄糖溶液 2 5 0～ 5 0 0mL中静脉滴注 ,qd ,7d 1个疗程。结果 :氟罗沙星治疗有效率 90 .0 % ,细菌清除率87.0 % ,不良反应发生率 6.0 %。结论 :氟罗沙星注射液是一种治疗下呼吸道感染安全、有效的抗菌药物。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of fleroxacin injection in treating the lower respiratory tract infections. Methods: 50 patients with lower respiratory tract infections were treated with fleroxacin injection administered via intravenous drip, with a dosage of 0.2-0.4 g once daily for a consecutive of 7 days. Results:Effectiveness rate and bacteria eradication rate of fleroxacin were 90% and 87%, respectively. The incidence of adverse effects for fleroxacin were 6%. Conclusion: Fleroxacin injection is an effective and safe antibiotics for treating the lower respiratory tract infections.
