摘　　要：本文涉及骨组织工程的四个方面：（１）种子细胞的来源、性质；（２）细胞外基质替代物的开发；（３）适宜的培养环境；（４）组织工程化骨组织的应用。在此笔者对骨组织工程的进展作一综述，并探讨其存在的问题和发展前景。This review is about the four aspects of the bone tissue engineering: (1 ) the source and feature of seeded cells; (2) the development of substitute of the extracellular matrix; (3 ) the suitable culture environment; (4 ) the application of bone tissue engineer. Here we reviewed the progress about the bone tissue engineering, explored the existing problem and prospected its future.
