对手术床垫、体位垫消毒方法效果的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨手术床垫、体位垫的消毒方法。方法比较 1∶2 0 0 84消毒液、甲醛熏蒸、紫外线照射、1∶2 0 084消毒液 +紫外线照射联合用对手术床垫、体位垫的消毒效果。结果四种消毒方法的杀菌率均在 85 %以上 ,尤以1∶2 0 0 84液 +紫外线照射联合用效果最好 ,杀菌率达 99 6 2 %。结论手术床垫、体位垫是手术单位的重要部分 ,直接与病人接触 ,是引起交叉感染的因素之一。临床上宜采用 1∶2 0 0“84”消毒液Obiective To explore the sterilize methods for operative bed and positional mat.Method To compare the sterilize effect on operative bed and positional mat by following methods∶84 disinfecting solution(1∶200),methanal fumigating, ultraviolet radiation and 84 disinfecting solution(1∶200) plus ultraviolet radiation.Result The sterilizing rate for the four methods were over 85%,among the them. the 84 disinfecting solution(1∶200)plus ultraviolet radiation has the highest sterilizing rate,Reached to 99.62%.Conclusion The operative bed and positional matare important sources for cross infection in operation room, it should be sterilized by 84 disinfecting solution(1∶200) plus ultraviolet radiation for better sterilizing effect.
