胆胃舒胶囊治疗胃脘痛100例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察胆胃舒胶囊治疗慢性浅表性胃炎 ,辨证属肝气犯胃兼郁热型胃脘痛的疗效。方法　将 140例患者分为 2组 ,治疗组 10 0例口服胆胃舒胶囊 ;对照组 4 0例口服雷尼替丁和吗丁啉。 2组均 8周为 1个疗程。结果　治疗组总疗效、显效率、总有效率 ,临床症状总有效率、胆汁反流显效率、总有效率 ,胃镜像总有效率与对照组比较均有显著性或极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或0 .0 0 5 )。结论　胆胃舒胶囊具有疏肝利胆、通腑泄热、理气止痛作用 。Objective To observe the effect of Danweishu capsule on superficial gastritis. Methods 140 patients with superficial gastritis due to stomachache affiliated by liver-qi were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=100) patients were treated with Danweishu capsule (3 pills three times a day), and in control group (n=40) Ranitidine and Motilium was taken orally, with duration of 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (92.00%) compared with those in control group (85.00%, P<0.05). Conclusions Danweishu capsule has a definite therapeutic effect on superficial gastritis due to stomach, and can clear the hollow viscera, purge heat, arrest pain by regulating qi.
