参附注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭58例

摘　　要：目的　探讨参附注射液对不同病因充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法　 96例充血性心力衰竭随机分为观察组和对照组 ,2组均以休息、限盐、利尿剂为基本治疗。观察组加用参附注射液 10 0ml配以 5 %葡萄糖注射液 15 0ml ,每日 1次 ,静脉点滴 ;对照组加服地高辛 0 .2 5～ 0 .5mg。病情重者观察组静脉点滴参附注射液前静脉推注参附注射液 10ml;对照组服地高辛前静脉推注西地兰 0 .2～ 0 .4mg。 2组均 2周为 1个疗程 ,比较 2组的疗效。结果　观察组疗效与对照组比较 ,治疗 1个疗程有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗 2个疗程则无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;观察组对冠心病心力衰竭效果最好 ;对老年组患者随疗程延长 ,疗效增加 ;无不良反应。结论　参附注射液用于充血性心力衰竭起效快 ,疗效确切 ,无毒性反应 。Objective To study the effect of Shenfu injection on congestive heart failure from different causes of disease. Methods 96 patients of congestive heart failure were randomly allocated to two groups. Under the basis of rest, limited salt and diuretic, in treatment group Shenfu injection was utilized and in control group digoxin was utilized. A therapeutic course in both groups was two weeks. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (84.48%) compared with those in control group ( 65.79%, P<0.05) after one course, although there was no difference of total effective rate between both groups after two courses. Conclusions Shenfu injection has a definite effect on congestive heart failure and effect initiated and no side effect.
