摘  要:在土培条件下,以石灰性紫色土为供试土壤进行了硼、锰及其配合对苧麻生理代谢影响的研究。结果表明:单施硼、锰和配合施用均可显著增加叶绿素含量,提高光合作用速率,增大苧麻各部位^(14) C 的放射强度,有利于光合产物从叶片输出和运输到其他部位,并提高原麻纤维素的合成能力,其中硼的作用优于锰。施硼或锰均显著降低多酚氧化酶活性和总酚含量;硼还降低过氧化物酶活性和木质素含量;锰则增加过氧化物酶活性和木质素含量,促进早熟。硼与锰对多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶活性和总酚、木质素含量的互作均呈显著负效应。The experiments were conducted in pot culture containing calcareous purple soil to study the effects of oron and manganese separately and in combination on the matabolismof ramie(Boehmeria rivea).The experimental esults showed that the content of chlorophyll,thephotosynthesis rate and the ^(14) C radioactive intensity of different rgans,indicating thetranportation activity of photosynthetic products and ability of bast fiber synthesis,wereincreased ignificantly by the applying B and Mn either separately or in combination.Applicationof B or Mn significantly reduced he polyphenol oxidase activity and the content of total phenol,Manganese increased the peroxidase activity and the ontent of lignin,causing earilier maturity,boron decreased the peroxidase activity and the lignin content.B and Mn nteraction effects weresignificantly negative on polyphenol oxidase activity,peroxidase activity,contents ofchlorophyll,total phenol and lignin.
