摘　　要：大批量定制生产方式和敏捷制造方式都力图实现以大批量的效益进行定制产品生产。介绍了敏捷制造方式 ,分析了大批量定制生产方式的特点 ,并比较了这两种方式的异同点。Producing customized products with mass production efficiency is the dream of manufacturing for many years. Mass customization production mode and agile manufacturing model all try to produce customized products with mass production efficiency. The paper introduced the agile manufacturing mode, analyzed the characteristics of mass customization mode, and compared the similarities and differences of the two modes. Problems on how to develop mass customizatioin and agile manufacturing in our country were discussed in the end.
