松针粉中胡萝卜素含量测定法的研究

摘　　要：本文对松针粉胡萝卜素的测定法中浸提时间、过滤、点样等步骤进行研究 ,根据测定的结果取得了最佳值 ,并进行了重复试验和回收率的测定 ,方法简便可靠 。The effects of extracted time,filtration,paper chromatography on the determination of Carotene have been studied and gained the optimal conditions.Testing the accuracy is 3%;Rate of recovery is 98.15%.This method is rapid simple and accurate which can be used to the determination of carotene in pine needle powder with satisfactory result.
