摘  要:实验用鸟经脑灌流后于HVc处取材 ,用Epon 81 2包埋剂浸润包埋 ,经铀 -铅电子染色后 ,H -60 0投射电镜下观察 ,IBAS图像分析仪进行处理 .结果发现 ,鸣禽HVc核团的神经细胞以圆形、卵圆形为主 ,胞体体积无明显的种间差别 ,但雄鸟细胞比雌鸟大 .HVc的突触连接以轴 -树突触和轴 -棘突触为常见 .经统计学t检验 ,HVc单位面积突触总数、I型和II型突触所占比例、棘突触所占比例的种间差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5) ,而性别差异显著 (P <0 .0 5) .结果表明 ,鸣禽鸣唱控制核团体积的性别差异不仅反映在显微水平 ,而且在亚显微水平亦表现出明显的性别二态性 .The bird brains were perfuse and HVc (the caudial nucleus of the ventral hyperstriatum) samples were cut and embedded in Epon 812.The ultrathinsections were mounted on 200-mesh grids,double-stained with ethanolic uranyl acetate, followed by concentrated lead citrate, and examined in H-600 electron microscope. The photographs were treated on IBAS system. The results showed that the size of HVc cells is larger in male than that of in female. But there is no significant difference between species. Axo-dendritic and axo-spinal synapses in HVc are dominant. The statistical test showed that there is no significant difference in the number of the total synapses, Gray I synapses and spinal synapse in HVc between two species ( P >0.05), but there is significant difference between sexes ( P <0.05 ).Results suggested that there is sexual dimorphism in ultrastructure of the forebrain HVc. The results provide ultrastructural evidence for the study of sex difference of song behavior of birds.
