维生素E预防家兔减压病的研究

摘　　要：健康雄性家兔肌注维生素E赋形剂(茶油),经高气压暴露后,均发生严重减压病。实验家兔肌注维生素E,经相同方案的高气压暴露后,除1例外,其余家兔均无异常表现。维生素E预防家兔减压病可能由于阻止或减少了血小板内储存颗粒中5-HT等生物活性物质的释放,从而减轻或防止血管内凝血。Normal male rabbits were given excipient of vitamin E(i.m) and were exposed to hyperbaric environment. The animals all suffered from serious decompression sickness after returning to surface. However, when vitamin E(i.m) were given and the same compressed-decompresed schedule were followed, the animals basically remained normal except 1 case after being decompressed to surface. It suggested that vitamin E might have protective effect on rabbit's decompression sickness due to the retarding of serotonin release from the storage granules of circulating platelets and the impeding of the intrevasuclar coagulation.
