摘　　要：为验证嗜酸性粒细胞直接计数（EOS Eosinophies）的准确性，补充其不足，使其更符合临床实际，笔者按全国临床检验操作规程（第二版）规定对EOS进行试剂配制、制作、30分钟内计数守毕，发现三种稀释液EOS参考值为（0-345）×10^6／L。伊红一丙酮稀释液须在30分钟内计数守毕，认为EOS在参考值、计数时间上与全国临床检验操作规程有差异。Objective Test is verity and exact of direct count in eosinophil (EOS) it's defect.and make the way conform to reality. Methods which is. According to national country' s routine in clinical examinatioral operation (the second edition) , it is set that the reagent of EOS is made up and operated in 30 minutes. In result, Consult numher of the three kind of diluents are (0-345)×106/Lo The Count is done by eosinacetone diluentin in 30 minutes. Conclusion there are differents in the consult number and the time of count from them in national country s roution in clinical examinational operation
