摘　　要：模拟法是生物无机化学的重要研究方法。阐述了模拟法的基本原理 ,并通过大量的实例从有活性的简单配合物、活性中心模拟、整体模拟 3个不同的层次 。Simulation is the most important method in the study of bioinorganic chemistry.The basic principles of simulation and a lot of examples from simple coordination compounds with active property, simulation of active center and whole simulation about application of simulation in bioinorganic chemistry were described in this paper.
