摘　　要：分析了全球面临的环境危机及我国的资源环境现状与未来社会经济发展的要求之间的矛盾，This paper analyzes the environmental crisis confronting the whole world and the contradiction between the natural resources and the future development of social economy in China,and discusses the effect and significance of strengthening environmental crisis education among the masses and the means and measures of carrying out the education.
