摘  要:利用人工海水(浓度为24‰和33‰)处理红树植物秋茄、木榄幼苗,测定其营养器官蛋白质含量及超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性。结果表明:①随着人工海水浓度增加,秋茄幼苗根、叶的蛋白质含量均有升高,茎的蛋白质含量变化不明显;木榄幼苗各营养器官的蛋白质含量均显著升高;2种植物叶中蛋白质含量都较根、茎增加明显。②随着人工海水浓度增高,秋茄幼苗各营养器官中SOD活性都呈先下降后上升的变化趋势;木榄茎、叶中SOD活性显著下降,根中SOD活性则先升后降。Different concentrations of artificial sea-water were used to treat the seedlings of Kan delia candel and Bruguiera gymnorhiza. Protein content and SOD activity were determined at differ ent groups of treatment. The results showed: ①The protein content in leaf and root of Kandelia candel increased with the rising of the artificial sea-water concentration, but in its stem varied slightly. In the different nutritive organs of Bruguiera gymnorhiza, the content of protein was in creased remarkably. In leaves its contents were higher than that in the other nutritive organs of both Kandelia candel and Bruguiera gymnorhiza; ② With the concentrations of the artificial sea-water increasing, in the different nutritive organs of Kandelia candel the SOD activity first was reduced and then increased, but its activities in stem and leaf of Bruguiera gymnorhiza were decreased, while that in root appeared opposite process with it in Kandelia candel.
