岷当归两个多糖组分的分离、纯化与鉴定

摘　　要：从岷当归 Angelica sinensis(Oliv)Diels中分离得到两个多糖组分 X-C-3-Ⅲ和 X-C-3-Ⅳ,凝胶色谱法测得分子量分别为85000和65765,水解后利用硅烷化和毛细管气相色谱法分析确定X-C-3-Ⅲ和X-C-3-Ⅳ的糖基组成为半乳糖、阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、葡萄糖醛酸和半乳糖醛酸,摩尔比分别为24.3:15.8:4.2:3.1:52.6和12.6:10.7:7.2:8.3:61.2。Polysaccharides X-C-3-Ⅲand X-C-3-Ⅳhad been obtained from Angelica sinensi'i (Oliv) Diels. Their average MW were determined to be 85000 and 65765 by gel chromatography. after the hydrolysates of X-C-3- Ⅲand X-C-3-Ⅳ,the compositions of them were iden-tifed by silanization method and capillary gas chromatography. X-C-3-Ⅲ and X-C-3-Ⅳ are composed of galacose, arabinose, rhamnose, glu-curonic acid and galacturonic acid.The molar ratio of those sugars were determined as 24.3:15.8:4.2:3.1:52.6 and 12.6: 10.7:7.2:8.3: 61.2, respectively.
