人胚胎角膜的肾上腺素能神经纤维分布及其特点

摘　　要：用乙醛酸诱发荧光技术研究了 1 4～30周胎儿眼结膜的肾上腺素能神经纤维的分布。发现角巩膜缘的肾上腺素能神经纤维主要与角巩膜的血管伴行 ,纤维数量随胎龄增加而增加 ,角膜基质层于 1 6周以后有少量纤维 。A drenergic nerves of humanembyo coenea are mainly in the limbus of cornea,most of then accompained with the limbual blood vessels.Only a few fibers enter the deep stroma of cornea.Adrenergic fibers in the epithlium and the endothelium are not found.
