摘  要:研究 1996至 1997年用D2类山羊草的粗厚山羊草 4X ,6X种细胞质小麦核代换系及其核亲本在我国北纬 2 5°0 1′至 47°0 8′的 5个地点种植。调查了各点各期的自交结实率 ,结合各点、各期试验材料拔节至抽穗的日长、旬平均气温分析试验材料与日长、温度的关系。结果为 :(1)粗厚山羊草 (6X ,4X) ,随日长的增加 ,育性下降。其中 ,粗厚山羊草细胞质某些核代换系在我国适宜光、温条件下可出现完全雄性不育。 (2 )粗厚山羊草 4X种细胞质和 6X种细胞质的光温反应存在差异。 (3) 6X种细胞质的光温敏感性高于 4X种细胞质。 (4 )粗厚山羊草细胞质核代换系的育性在日长相近条件下 ,温度升高 。Wheat nucleus substitution lines in the Aegilops Crassa 4X and 6X cytoplasm and wheat strains of their parents were sown in the five locations between north latitude 25°01′N to 47°08′N of China. in 1996~1997.The results were shown in the followings: (1) The responses of the fertilities of the wheat nucleus substitution lines of Aegilops Crassa 4X and 6X on DL were sensitive,and fertilities decreased with DL lengthening.In them some nucleus substitution lines of Aegilops Crassa 4X and 6X appeared complete male sterility in propre light and temperature situation .(2) There was different in DL and AT sensitivity between 4X and 6X cytoplasm . (3) Sensitivity of 6X cytoplasm was more sensitive than that of 4X. (4) Fertility of cytoplasm wheat nucleus substitution lines increased with raising of the air temperature in the similar day length.
