摘  要:系统研究了竹裂爪螨实验种群的密度效应 ,结果表明 ,竹裂爪螨卵期不存在密度效应 ,在卵密度为 5~ 6 0粒 /叶 ,温度 2 5℃± 0 .5℃ ,光照 14L :10D条件下 ,孵化率为 92 .2 2 %~ 10 0 % ,卵发育历期为 4.4天~ 4.7天。但初始幼螨密度对幼若螨的存活率、发育速率以及羽化成螨性比、繁殖力、寿命都均有明显影响 ,即在 3~ 48头 /叶的幼虫密度下 ,幼若螨的存活率与发育速率随密度的增高而呈现下降或减慢的趋势 ;而相继的成螨种群随密度的增高表现为雌性比增加 ;雌成螨的每雌产卵量 (Y)与初始幼螨密度 (X)之间呈线性关系Y =79.8779- 1.36 5 7X(R =0 .96 47 )。A systematic study was made of the density-dependent effects of the experimental populations of Schizotetranychus bambusae Reck at 25℃±0.5℃and 14 (light):10 (dark). The density of eggs did not significantly affect their survival and development. Their survival rate was 92.22% ~100% and their development stage lasted 4.4~4.7 days when the density was in the range of 5~60 eggs per leaf. However, the density of first larvae showed a significant effect on the development, survival and reproduction of the mite. The survival and development rate of the immature stages declined with the increase in density in the range of 3~48 individuals/leaf, whereas the female to male ratio tended to rise. The relationship between fecundity ( Y ) and the first larval density ( X ) could be described as the equation: Y=79.8779-1.3657X, (R= 0.9647 ** , f (1,9) =120.9203).
