摘  要:目的 研究梭曼染毒大鼠丙二醛 (MDA)含量和单胺氧化酶 (MAO)活性的变化 ,探讨抗氧化剂 VA,VE对梭曼染毒大鼠自由基损伤的保护作用 .方法 雄性大鼠 40只 ,按体质量随机分为 4组 :阴性对照组 ,阳性对照组 ,VA 和 VE实验组 .观察染毒大鼠血清、大脑、肝、肾组织 MDA含量和 MAO活性的变化 .结果 梭曼 (GD)染毒大鼠阳性对照组 5阴性 5对照组相比较 ,脑组织 MDA含量和 MAO活性有显著性增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;血清蛋白有显著减少 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,肝蛋白有显著增加(P<0 .0 5 ) .VA 实验组与阳性对照组比较 ,脑组织 MDA有显著增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,肝组织 MDA有显著降低 (P<0 .0 1) ;脑组织 MAO活性增加 ,但差异不显著 .VE实验组与阳性对照组相比 ,肾脏 MDA有显著减少 (P<0 .0 1) ;脑组织 MAO活性有非常显著的降低 (P<0 .0 1) .施加 VA,VE抗氧化剂后 ,与阳性对照组比较 ,血清和肝蛋白有非常显著减少 (P<0 .0 1) ,脑蛋白有显著减少 (P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 梭曼 (GD)染毒引起明显脂质过氧化损伤 ,VE具有抗氧化保护作用 ,而 VA 有协同促进AIM To study the changes of malondialdehyde content and monoamine (MAO) activity in rat injured by Soman (GD), and the antioxidation effect of vitamin A(V A) and vitamin E (V E). METHODS Forty male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: negative group, positive group, V A and V E trail group. After normally fed for 10 d, GD is injected into muscle of rates of positive control group and V A, V E trail group. After toxic symptoms occurred in rate of positive group and V A, V E trail group partly for 2 h, the rats were killed by dislocation of head. MDA content and MAO activity of rat's serum, cerebrum, liver, kidney were determined respectively. RESULTS compared with negative control group, content of MDA and activity of MAO increase significantly in cerebrum ( P <0.05), concentration of serum protein increase and that of live protein decrease obviously ( P <0.05) in positive control group; in V A trial, content of MDA in cerebrum increase obviously ( P <0.01), but that of MDA in kidney decrease apparently ( P <0.01), activity of MAO have rarely increase. in V E trial, content of MDA in kidney decrease apparently ( P < 0.01), and activity of MAO reduce significantly ( P <0.01); in V A and V E trial, concentration of serum and live protein decrease remarkably ( P <0.01), that of cerebrum protein lessen apparently ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION GD raised lipid superoxidation, and V E decease obviously free radical injury,but V A accelerate the injury of free radical intoxicated rat.
