摘　　要：水利卫星通信网,集图像、高速数据、语言、数据采集于一体,具有资源丰富、主站功能强大、综合业务、覆盖面积大的特点,在’98、’99特大洪水的防汛通信中发挥了应有的作用。展望未来,高速因特网将在VSAT中得到应用,将实现IP多点广播和远程教学,DVB的发展为卫星通信带来新的热点,进军Ka、Q和V波段成为可能。Water satellite communication network integrates image, high-speed data, language, data collection and features in abundant resources, powerful main station, comprehensive business and great coverage. It played an important role in flood control communication in 1998 and 1999. In prospect of future, high-speed Internet will be applied in VSAT and IP multicast and remote teaching will become truth. The development of DVB will bring new hot point for satellite communication and use wave bands of Ka, Q and V will be possible.
