摘　　要：利用激光的特性及Ｖ型块自动定心的特点，根据夫琅和费单缝衍射原理，对轴径进行非接触测量和相对测量。实验结果及计算表明，该方法具有测量装置结构简单、造价低、测量精确度高等特点。This paper has carried out the non-contact measurement and relative measurement for the shaft diameter according to the property of the laser and the v-type block's centering automatically based on Fraunhofe'single-gap diffraction principle .The experiment results and calculations indicate this method has characteristics of higher precision, simple and lower cost.
