含钡硫铝酸盐水泥熟料煅烧过程的研究

摘　　要：利用高温显微分析与ＸＲＤ分析相结合的方法，研究了含钡硫铝酸盐水泥熟料的煅烧过程．研究表明，这种水泥熟料的生料具有较强的反应能力，较低的烧成温度和较宽的烧结范围．由于在固相反应阶段生料反应形成的过渡矿物和预期矿物的密度比反应物的小，因而导致了生料的体积膨胀．The clinkering process of the bariumcontaining sulphoaluminate cement clinker was studid by the means of hightemperature microscope and XRD.The results showed that the raw meals of this kind of cement have strong reaction ability,low clinkering temperature(about 1 250～1 350 ℃),and wide sintering range(about 140 ℃).Meantime,the tested sample showed the volume expansion because the density of the new meals was lower than that of the reactant during the solid reaction process.
