摘　　要：本文从分析六股河防洪工程体系的现状出发，针对其存在的问题，对各种防洪方案的工程投资与防洪效益进行 了分析比较，阐述了建立堤库相结合的防洪工程体系的必要性。The project cost- and the flood control benefit of various flood control schemes are analysed and compared to counter existed problems from present situation of flood control project system in Liuguhe river basin. The Paper explains the necessity of constructing flood control project system of diky united with reservoir.
