摘　　要：介绍了双金属锯带电子束焊机用的高压直流电源装置的技术要求,结合电子束焊机用高压电源的特点,提出一种真空管直接调整式高压直流电源装置。详细介绍了电源的主电路结构和控制电路的工作原理。经试验和现场运行表明:电源的各项技术指标均达到了预期的设计目标,具有较高的稳定度和较小的纹波电压。This paper reports the technolongy requirements of high voltage DC source for use in electron beam welder(EBW)in bi-metal saw strip production line.According to character of high voltage source,the vacuum tube is used to realize output regulation of high voltage source.The frame of main circuit and working principle of control circuit is introduced. Experimental results and operation of the machine show the technical parameters of the source meet the designing target in advance,and the source has higher stability and smaller ripple voltage.
