摘　　要：文中以HDRJ5 2PLM型毛圈贾卡提花经编机为例 ,详细介绍了其成圈配合图中各曲线的具体设计过程 ,并加以分析说明。图中不仅准确地描述了各成圈机件的运动轨迹 ,而且展示了相互间的定量关系 ,该图将 3种升降运动、2种前后摆动、7种左右横移等 12条涉及成圈运动的主要曲线 ,相对于同一横座标轴展开 ,从而使这些机件及其运动的相互关系一目了然。这样便可直接在图上设计机件位置 ,统筹调整运动关系 ,如编排链块、调整垫纱时间。The design course of each curve illustrated on the diagram of loop forming coordination is analysed in detail with the example of terry jacquard warp knitting machine HDRJ5/2PLM. In the illustration, not only the motion locus of every loop forming element is described exactly, but also the quantitative relationship between each other presented. It shows clearly the loop forming elements and their relationship between each other by means of 12 loop forming motion curves drawn opposite to the same abscissa. The 12 curves involve 3 for up and down motion, 2 for forward and backward movement and 7 for shogging motion. In this way, a lot of work can be done directly through the diagram, such as the design of parts position, the adjustment of motions relationship including the arrangement of chain links, the adjustment of laying time and the design of motion curves .
