摘 要:对比研究了几种助剂对黑杨 APMP 纸浆光诱导返黄的抑制效果以及助剂处理前后纸浆热稳定性的变化情况。结果表明:紫外光吸收剂中 ZW-1 及 2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮对杨木 APMP 纸浆的光稳定作用较好;抗氧剂抗坏血酸和次亚磷酸钠在较大的用量下对纸浆的光诱导返黄也有着一定的抑制作用,但抗坏血酸有助于纸浆的热诱导返黄,且用量愈大,愈明显。Some kinds of additives,i.e.UV-light absorbents,antioxidants,were chosen to treat Poplar APMP handsheets individually. Light-induced and heat-induced yellowing behaviors of control and treated samples were investigated. Results illustrated that all of selected additives were not able to prevent Poplar APMP from heat-induced yellowing. However,ZW-1 was more effective on light-induced yellowing inhibition than ZW-2 at lower dosage. When large amount of these two additives were applied,ZW-1 worked better than ZW-2 at early stage of light-irradiation too. Nevertheless,the samples treated by ZW-2 showed better brightness-stability than those treated by ZW-1 within the late period of the aging experiment. Meanwhile ascorbic acid and sodium hypophosphite were able to partially prevent pulps from light-induced yellowing.
