摘　　要：本文详细分析铜线生产过程中 ,由于铜杆材质缺陷和不适当的拉丝操作引起的断线原因 ,及其类型 ,提出了若干的防范措施。并介绍了国外运用现代技术。This article analyzes in detail the cause of wire breakage in copper wire drawing due to defects in the wire rod and wrong operation of the wire drawing system. It identifies the categories of wire breakage and recommends preventive measures. Basides, the article presents how foreign countries improve the drawablity of copper wire by using modern technology, equipment and scientific management.
