摘　　要：介绍了一种实现变电站监控的实用软件系统。它是基于Windows平台的监控和数据采集系统 ,人机界面友好。在开发过程中使用了Microsoft的VisualC ++开发工具 ,以类为基础 ,使用了面向对象的编程技术 ;建立了动态连接库文件 ,对软件使用者在该软件基础上做二次开发具有相当重要的意义。软件能够实现与现场单元之间的通信及通信状态的监测、对现场单元的四遥操作、事件记录的查看等。A practical software system of substation monitoring and control is introduced. It is a SCADA system with friendly man machine interface. It is programmed with Visual C++ on Windows platform and based on classes with object oriented technology. The DLL is established, which have a momentous significance to further development. It can communicate with field units, monitor the communication status, realise the four remote function, and display event log. Each part of the software system and their functions are presented, the design concept of software code is explained in detail.
