超声法提取绞股蓝总皂甙的工艺研究

摘　　要：本实验证明，超声法可以提高绞股蓝总皂甙的提取率，最佳提取工艺为超声高频提取3次，每次80min，得率为1．226％。In this experiment, it was proved that ultrasonic extraction method raise the yield of total saponins of Gynostemma. The optimum extraction conditions included: ultrasonic highfrequency extraction for 3 times, 80 min per time. The yield is to be 1. 226%.
