高效液相色谱法测定筋骨宁湿敷剂中栀子甙的含量

摘　　要：用反相高效液相色谱法测定筋骨宁湿敷剂中主要成分栀子甙的含量。采用C18柱，流动相为0．05mol／L磷酸氢二钠溶液（用磷酸调至pH6．0）-乙腈（88：12），检测波长为240nm。结果栀子甙线性范围为24～300μg／ml，加样回收率为101．64％，RSD=0．79％（n=5）。方法简便、快速、准确。A RP-HPLC method for the determination of geniposide which is the main component inJinguning preparation was established. A C18 column and a mobile phase of 0. 05mol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate solution(adjusted to PH 6. 0 using phosphoric acid)-acetontrile(88: 12 ) were employed. The detective wave was 240urn. The average recovery was101. 64 %, RSD=0.79 % (n=5 ). The correlation of the linear range was good in 24-300 μg/ml with r= 0. 9999. The method was simple,quick and precise.
