摘 要:目的 研究高原低氧地区正常居民及高原病患者之间肺动脉径线的差异及价值。方法 将资料分为病理组与对照组 ,分别测量主肺动脉及右肺动脉的长径及宽径 ,并对其年龄及其各径线进行统计学处理 ,采用t检验进行分析。结果 病理组及对照组藏、汉族之间各指标平均值均相近 (Ρ >0 .0 5 ) ,病理组与对照组之间的右肺动脉长径具有显著性差别 (Ρ <0 .0 5 ) ,其余各项指标平均值相近 (Ρ >0 .0 5 )。结论 高原低氧地区环境是引起藏、汉族肺动脉高压的主要因素 。Objective To evaulate the difference of the width and length of pulmonary artery between the nomal persons and the persons with chronic diseases related high altitude and its value.Methods The persons with the disease related high altitude were used as the disease group and the normal persons were the control group.At the level of pulmonary artery,the width and length of the main pulmonary artery and the right pulmonary artery were measured.Results Length of right pulmonary artery between the persons with the chronic diseases related high altitude and the control group was signifficant different (Ρ<0.05).The others were significant indifferent(Ρ>0.05).Conclusion The circumstance of high altitude is the main reason that lead to the high pressure of pulmonary artery.
