胃二号方对CAG大鼠胃泌素D细胞作用的实验研究

摘　　要：观察了CAG大鼠使用胃二号方治疗前后血清胃泌素、胃窦粘膜D细胞数量的变化。结果 ,胃二号方组血清胃泌素水平、胃窦粘膜D细胞数量较自然恢复组均显著上升。提示益气活血的胃二号方可通过提高血清胃泌素。In this study,after CAG models of rats was treated with Wei Er Hao Fang (WEHF),we observed changing situations of gastrin,D cells of gastric mucosa of rats.The results showed that serum gastrin level,D cells of gastric mucosa of rats of WEHF group both rose more remarkablely than the group of self recovering.It vertified that WEHF could improve recovering of gastric mucosa by lifting serum gastrin level,increasing D cells of gastric mucosa.
