摘　　要：探讨心脑喜康对非勺型高血压患者血压及 β2 微球蛋白的作用。运用动态血压监测 (ABPM)对原发性高血压患者筛选出非勺型 ,并测定血、尿 β2 微球蛋白 (β2 MG)水平 ,进行分析。结果 ,经心脑喜康治疗后 ,非勺型高血压患者的动态血压水平及血、尿 β2 微球蛋白 (β2 MG)均明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。To study the effect of blood pressure and β 2 MG after Xinnaoxikang treating non dipper Essential Hypertension.Essential Hypertension(EH) is selected as non dipper Essential Hypertension through Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM),and the standard of β 2 MG is monitored.After Xinnaoxikang treating,non dipper′s blood pressure and β 2 MG are decreased apparently( P <0 01).Xinnaoxikang could protect the kidney damage caused by EH.
