摘　　要：金葡素(骨折愈合刺激素)系金黄色葡萄球菌代谢产物经一系列处理后制成生物制品。本文应用凝固酶试验和凝固蛋白质含量测定方法制订金葡素质控指标。规定每1ml 金葡素产生的凝固蛋白量不低于150μg 为合格产品。Fracture Healing Stimulin(FHS),a preparation from the metabolic product of Staphy- lococcus aureus,is a kind of new medicine for fractures.Coagulase test and determination of clotting protein can be used in quality control of FHS.As a qualified product,the clotting protein produced by per millilitre of FHS injection must be no less than 150 micrograms.
