摘　　要：介绍了有关人员赴欧洲的考察情况 ,重点介绍了瑞士的垃圾管理机构及处理场所及德国的垃圾处理双轨制系统与绿点标志。The paper introduced the investigation of relevant staffs in Europe.The solid waste management system and treatment facilities in Switzerland as well as the solid waste treatment double tracks system and green spot program in Germany are highlighted in this paper.
