摘  要:用自制的高浓缩比液液萃取装置,对氯化钠作为盐析剂在萃取过程中的作用进行色谱分析,三种非挥发性有机物六六六、DDT和苯并(α)芘的最低检测限均可达到1ng·l-1以下,用本方法检测自来水有ng.l-1级六六六和 DDT存在.Benzene hexachloride ( BHC), dicophane (DDT) and benzo (a) pyrene are three non volatile organic substances listed in the current Chinese National Standards for Water Quality. The salting-out effect of the sodium chloride in the sample pre-concentration procedure and their related chromatographic analysis by employing a simple, but high ration liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) device have been observed in this article. The limit of detection for all of the three target substances was found below 1ng·l -1. The results of the application of this proposed procedure to real tap water have been given, too. The possibility of BHC and DDT in several ng·l-1 level in the tested tap water exists.
