资产证券化:西部大开发基础设施建设融资的有效途径

摘　　要：加快基础设施建设是实施西部大开发战略的一项重要内容。这需要多方面拓宽融资渠道 ,广泛筹集资金。资产证券化通过近几年在国际资本市场上的运作 ,逐渐显示出其为大型建设项目融资的优势。因此 ,本文从资产证券化自身特点谈起 ,结合对西部基础设施建设过程中的资金供求分析 ,认为资产证券化是解决西部大开发中基础建设融资的有效途径 。It is a significant part of the west exploitation strategy tospeed up the fundamental construction. It involves absorbing capital invarious ways and extensively raising funds. Through the execution of assetsin securities in the international capital market it has gradually turnedout beneficial for the great construction projects. In respect of thecharacteristics the paper analyzes supply and demand of capital in theconstruction of fundamental facilities in the west, then states thatconverting assets to securities will be an effective way of absorbingcapital for the fundamental construction in the west exploitation. And italso discusses the problems and establishment of relevant legal systems inthe specific process.
