摘  要:本实验研究了雏鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫 (Eimeriatenella)感染与其体内一氧化氮生成的剂量 效应关系和时间 效应关系。在预试基础上 ,1日龄黄羽肉用雏鸡饲喂基础日粮 2周后 ,随机分成对照组和 0 5× 10 4 、1 0× 10 4 、2 0× 10 4 、3 0× 10 4 、4 0× 10 4 个卵囊 /只鸡 (以下简称个 /只 )感染组 ,每组 13只鸡 ,用于剂量 效应实验。同时 ,以 2 0× 10 4 个 /只的剂量感染鸡群进行时间 效应实验。剂量 效应实验 :在雏鸡感染球虫后第 5d采血测量雏鸡血浆亚硝酸盐含量。结果表明 ,感染组雏鸡的亚硝酸盐水平与对照组相比明显升高 (P <0 0 5) ;在 0 5× 10 4 ~ 3 0× 10 4 个 /只的感染范围内 ,实验鸡血浆亚硝酸盐水平随着感染剂量的增加而升高。时间 效应实验 :从感染的第 0d开始 ,连续 14d ,每天采血测血浆的亚硝酸盐水平 ,结果表明 ,雏鸡在感染Eimeriatenella后 ,其血浆亚硝酸盐的水平比感染前明显升高 (P <0 0 5) ,并在感染后 5d末 (118h)或 6d初 (12 6h)达到最大值。本实验结果提示 ,一氧化氮可能参与了E .tenella球虫的感染过程。The objective of this experiment was to gather evidence for production of nitric oxide(NO) during a primary infection with the protozoan parasite,which carries out its life cycle in the ceca of chickens.Relationship of plasma level of nitrite(NO 2 ),stable metabolites of NO,with parasite dose and with time after infection was examined.After feeding of starter feed for two week from one day old,78 Huangyu broilers were divided into 0(control),0 5×10 4,1 0×10 4,2 0×10 4,3 0×10 4 and 4 0×10 4 oocysts per chick(infective groups)to study the relationship of plasma level of nitrite with the parasite dose.20 broilers were infected at the dose of 2 0×10 4 oocysts per chick to study the relationship of plasma level of nitrite with the time after Eimeria tenella infection.The results showed that the level of NO 2 of infective groups was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0 05).When infective dose ranged from 0 5 to 3 0×10 4 oocysts per chicken,level of NO 2 increased in a stepwise manner with increasing infective dose.In chicken infected with 2 0×10 4 oocysts,2 5×10 4oocysts,significant increase in plasma NO 2 was seen after infection and reached the highest at 126 h or 118 h,the time when mucosal damage was serious and oocysts were being shed.The results of this experiment give strong evidence that NO has a relationship with Eimeria tenella infection.
