摘 要:将 30头大长北经产母猪随机分为 3组 ,产后饲喂 0 6 0 % (I组 )、0 80 % (Ⅱ组 )、1 0 0 % (Ⅲ组 ) 3种赖氨酸水平的泌乳期饲粮。研究饲粮赖氨酸水平对泌乳母猪生产性能及血液、奶生化指标的影响。结果表明 :增加饲粮赖氨酸浓度对哺乳 2 1d的母猪体重、采食量、断奶至再发情天数 (P >0 10 )和 2 1日龄的平均窝仔数、仔猪腹泻率无显著影响 (P <0 0 5)。 2 1日龄仔猪窝重随着饲粮赖氨酸浓度的增加而显著增加 (P <0 0 6 )。初生至 7日龄 (P <0 0 6 )、14日龄 (P <0 0 3)和 2 1日龄(P <0 0 1)的窝增重均随饲粮赖氨酸浓度增加而增加。产后 14d猪乳蛋白Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组极显著 (P <0 0 1)高于Ⅰ组 ;固形物含量Ⅱ组显著 (P <0 0 5)高于Ⅰ组。产后 2 1d猪乳固形物含量Ⅱ组显著(P <0 0 5)高于Ⅰ组。泌乳期母猪血清尿素氮浓度Ⅰ组显著 (P <0 0 5,泌乳 14d)、极显著 (P <0 0 1,泌乳 2 1d)高于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组 ;白蛋白浓度Ⅱ组显著 (P <0 0 5)高于Ⅰ组。从本次试验的结果看出 ,在生产条件下 ,大长北母猪泌乳期饲粮赖氨酸水平以 0 80 %~ 1 0 0 %为宜。Thirty Large White×Landrace×Beijing Black lactating(LW×LR×BB) sows were divided into three groups and were fed three diets containing respectively 0 60%(Ⅰ),0 80%(Ⅱ),1 00%(Ⅲ) lysine to study the effects of dietary lysine levels on sow performance,blood and milk biochemical indexes,and to estimate the appropriate dietary lysine level in lactation diets.The results were as follows:The lysine levels in lactation diets had an unsignificant effect (P>0 10) on sow body weight changes,feed intake at 21 days of lactation and duration (days) from weaning at day 21 of lactation to estrus for LW×LR×BB.There was no remarkable difference(P>0 05) on the average litter size and diarrhea frequency at day 21 of lactation.Litter weight at day 21 increased (P<0 06) as dietary lysine increased.Similar effects were observed for litter weight gains from day 0 to 7(P<0 06),day 0 to 14 (P<0 03) and day to 21 (P<0 01).At day 14 of lactation,milk protein was higher (P<0 01) in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ than those in group Ⅰ.DM was higher (P<0 05) in group Ⅱ than that in group Ⅰ.At day 21 of lactation,DM was higher (P<0 05) in group Ⅱ than that in group Ⅰ.At day 14 of lactation,serum urea nitrogen (SUN) in group I was higher (P<0 05) than in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ.At day 21,SUN in group I was higher (P<0 01) than that in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ.ALB in group Ⅱ was higher (P<0 05) than that in group Ⅰ.The results suggested that lysine level in the lactating diets should be 0 80%-1.00%.
