Synthesis of Adenosine 5′ monophasphate from Its Constitutes by Implanting Low Energy N+ into Aqueous Solution

摘  要:利用自行设计的实验装置将低能离子引入水溶液以诱发水溶液中的化学反应 ,模拟原始地球条件研究核苷酸的前生物合成 .以低能 N+注入含 D-核糖、磷酸二氢铵的腺嘌呤过饱和溶液 ,用高效液相色谱、核磁共振等方法对反应产物进行分析 ,证明有 5′-腺苷酸生成 .给出了产物的产额时间曲线 ,并对反应机理作了初步探讨 .Low energy ion implantation has been widely used for mutation breeding, DNA delivery and microbe improvement et al. since 1980's, but for a long time such kind of implantation was performed only to dry samples because it needed a vacuum chamber, for this reason, a new apparatus (see Fig. 1)was designed in this paper to induce chemical reactions by introducing low energy ions into aqueous solution. In order to explore the origin of life induced by low energy ions and prebiotic synthesis of nucleotide via reaction between low energy ions and aqueous solution under primitive earth conditions, low energy N+ was implanted into aqueous solution containing adenine, D- ribose, and NH4H2PO4. HPLC analysis showed that a new substance was synthesized which was eluted as 5'-AMP (to see Fig. 2), then it was separated from the sample and analyzed by H-1-NMR spectrum. It was confirmed that 5'-AMP was formed in the experiment by H-1-NMR spectrum (see Fig. 3). The relation between yield of 5'-AMP and irradiated time was obtained (see Fig. 4). Mechanism of the production of 5'-AMP was also discussed. The result is interesting for the formation and accumulation of nucleotide in the primitive oceans on the early earth.
