摘  要:选用四种不同煤阶的煤 ,经过HCl/HF脱灰处理制得四种脱灰煤 ,95 0℃下热解制得原煤半焦和脱灰煤半焦。在石英固定床反应器上于常压条件下 40 0℃~ 95 0℃的温度范围内考察比较了原煤半焦和脱灰煤半焦还原NO的反应性 ,研究了煤中矿物质对NO 半焦还原反应的机理和反应动力学的影响。结果发现 ,煤中的矿物质一般对NO 半焦反应具有一定的催化作用 ,催化作用的大小与矿物质的含量和组成有关 ;钠、铁和钙等是矿物质中活性分 ,对NO 半焦反应具有催化作用 ;半焦还原NO的反应存在明显的双温区现象 ,低温反应机理与高温反应机理不同 ,活化能有明显差异。The NO-char reduction in the presence and absence of mineral matter was studied Four Chinese coals with different ranks from lignite to anthracite were demineralized with HCl/HF and the chars were prepared by devolatilizing the deashed coals and their original coals in a quartz fluidized-bed reactor NO reduction by the resulting chars was conducted in a quartz fixed bed at atmospheric pressure The results showed that alkali metal Na and alkali earth metal Ca catalyzed the NO-char reaction significantly However, the catalytic effect of Fe in the mineral matter was weak due to the inhibition of inert composition Kinetics data of NO-reaction reduction by coal chars in the presence and absence of mineral matter were obtained Two temperature regimes were found in the NO-char reaction, which suggested the mechanism shift in the transition temperature
