摘 要:研究了痕量 Pd( )对次磷酸钠还原甲基紫的催化作用的最优化条件和动力学参数 ,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量钯的方法。在最大吸收波长 590 nm处分别测定催化体系和非催化体系的吸光度 A和 A0 ,以 ΔA=A0 - A定量 ,线性范围 4.0~ 2 8ng·ml-1,检出限 9.63× 1 0 -2 ng·ml-1,用于合金试样的测定 ,结果满意。The catalytic action of trace amounts of Pd(Ⅱ) on the reduction of Methyl Violet by sodium hypophosphite was studied and the optimum condition for this reaction was found. Based on these experimental results, a catalytic kinetic photometric method for the determination of trace amounts of palladium was proposed. The absorbances of the catalytic system ( A ) and of the non catalytic system ( A 0) are measured at the absorption maxima 590nm. It is found that the differences (Δ A ) of A 0 and A (ie Δ A=A 0-A ), hold a linear relationship with the concentrations of palladium in the range of 4.0×10 -9 ~2.8×10 -8 g of Pd(Ⅱ) per ml of solution. Its detection limit was found to be 9.63×10 -11 g·ml -1 . The proposed method has been successfully used in the determination of trace amounts of palladium in some alloys.
