摘  要:在本文中 ,将自己合成的聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯胶与环氧丙烯酸酯胶共混。用扫描电镜、扭辫仪、力学性能测定仪等对该共混体系的相结构、玻璃化转变温度、相容性及力学性能等进行了研究。结果表明 :这两种胶分子间作用力较强 ,它们的相容性很好 ;聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯胶具有较好的低温韧性 ,而环氧丙烯酸酯胶在 2 6℃下的拉伸性能较好 ;故可通过加入少量聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯胶改善环氧丙烯酸酯胶的低温脆性 ,加入少量环氧丙烯酸酯胶可改善聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯胶在 2Blends of Polyurethane methyl acrylate adhesive Synthesized in laboratory and epoxy acrylate adhesive were prepared.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),torsional braid analysis(TBA)technique and mechanical tester were used to measure the phase Structure,glass transition temperature (Tg),miscibility and mechanical properties of these blends.Results Showed that the miscibility of the blends was good due to some interaction among molecules of the two components were happened.Since the toughness of Polyurethane methyl acrylate adhesive at low temperature was very good and epoxy acrylate adhesive had high tensile strength and elongation,the brittleness of epoxy acrylate adhesives at low temperature may be modified by incorporating some amount of polyurethane methyl acrylate adhesive while tensile properties of polyurethane methyl acrylate adhesive at room temperature (26℃)may be improved by addition of some epoxy acrylate adhesive.
