用SIS及SBS制备热熔压敏胶的工艺研究

摘　　要：本文探讨了用SIS和SBS制备热熔压敏胶的工艺条件及最佳组成问题。实验表明 ,当SBS与SIS用量为 1∶1时 ,其产品性能与SIS热熔压敏胶性能相当。选用R10 0或聚萜烯树脂作为增粘剂 ,产品的粘接力较大。The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA) based on SBS and SIS is studied in this article.it is proved by experments that the properties of the HMPSA made from SBS and SIS are similar to the HMPSA made from SIS.when R100 or terpene resin is used as tackfier the abilities of adhesion are more powerful.The quantity of plasticizer and the composion in some case effecte the performance also.
